We will describe an approach, inspired by geometric quantization, to the complexification of real analytic Hamiltonian flows on Kahler manifolds. The flows correspond to geodesics on the space of Kahler metrics, as suggested by Semmes and Donaldson. We will look at some examples, such as cotangent bundles of compact Lie groups.
